You have been approved to be a Vendor at our May 2024 Flea Market

Please complete the Vendor Contract and payment below. You will be emailed a copy of the contract and receipt upon completion and payment. 

2024 May Vendor Payment and Contract
Check all that apply:

Vendor spaces are 10’ x 12’ (approximately) IN A GRASS AREA.


SPACES ARE FIRST COME, FIRST SPACE- FRIDAY AND SATURDAY UNLESS 2 OR MORE SPOTS ARE PURCHASED THEN SPOTS ARE RESERVED FOR THE VENDOR.


SET UP TIMES: FRIDAY 10-5 ONLY (MUST BE FINISHED BY 5PM) SATURDAY COME ANYTIME AFTER SUNRISE (PLEASE DO NOT COME UNTIL THE SUN IS UP FOR SAFETY. FOR SAFETY AND RESPECT FOR OTHER VENDORS NO SETTING UP AFTER 8:30 AM.

*IF ARRIVAL IS LATER THAN 8:15 AM APRIL HAS THE RIGHT TO REFUSE YOU TO SET UP IN RESPECT TO OTHER VENDORS AND SAFETY OF CUSTOMERS COMING IN.


TO RESERVE SPOTS ON FRIDAY JUST SHOW UP AND FIND AN EMPTY SPACE. TABLE/ITEMS MUST BE PLACED IN THE AREA TO HOLD.


WHAT CAN BE SET UP ON FRIDAY?

  • TABLES, CHAIRS, ITEMS CAN ALSO BE PLACED INSIDE YOUR SPACE.

YOU WILL BE LEAVING ITEMS ON THE PROPERTY AT YOUR OWN RISK.
TENTS CAN NOT BE SET UP FRIDAY FOR SAFETY REASONS.


Cost for one space 10X 12 event is $40.00, paid in advance, and non-refundable.

  • YOU PROVIDE THE TENT, CHAIR, AND TABLES.

  • IF INTERESTED IN A TENT SPACE IT MUST HAVE AT LEAST 2-3 TABLES FULL OF ITEMS. IF YOUR CRAFT OR DIRECT SALES ONLY FITS ON ONE TABLE FILL OTHER TABLES WITH YARD SALE/ANTIQUE TYPE ITEMS TO FILL THE SPACE OR FIND A FRIEND TO HELP YOU SPLIT COST OF TENT AND FILL WITH OTHER ITEMS.

Cost of one space 6x4 for a table only is $20.00, paid in advance, and non-refundable.

Aprils Finds provides the table. You CANNOT have a tent in a  6x4 space. Please bring a chair.

EVENT HAPPENS RAIN OR SHINE. PLEASE UNDERSTAND MONEY IS NON-REFUNDABLE.
PLEASE UNDERSTAND EVEN IF ITS 100% of rain the event will happen.
Aprils Finds doesn’t receive refunds from the services at the event at day: shuttle, porta potty, food services,
insurance, etc. that is why money is not refunded if you don’t show up.
*APRILS FINDS MUST HAVE YOUR PAYMENT AND CONTRACT TO RESERVE YOUR SPOT. *

You are required to read each statement below, and initial it, indicating you have read it.

Once we receive your completed contract and your fee, you will have a reserved space.

  • Vendor spaces are only reserved IF paid for in advance. The fees are not refundable. Fees pay for advertising, amenities (like the rest rooms) shuttle service, event insurance, security, parking lot rent and employee salaries among other things.

  •  Vendor is responsible for bringing his/her own tables (unless table rented space), tents, signage, seating, and any other comforts, including food and drink. Management cannot provide these things. This is your responsibility. The ground is normally wet in the morning, so an extra pair of shoes is always a good idea to bring.

  • Vendor acknowledges that loss due to theft or damage during the event is Vendor responsibility.

  • Vendors are asking to carry their own insurance for the event just incase of theft, damage, among other things.

    • Insurance is not required but highly recommended.

  • Vendor understands there is no parking on the lawn. No driving through the lawn either. No vehicles may be used as part of your setup. Parking is provided in the far parking lot.

FOR SETTING UP THE DAY OF SALE. PARK EITHER ON THE ROAD OR PARKING LOTS. UNLOAD YOUR VEHICLE
IMMEDIATELY INTO YOUR SPACE. THEN MOVE YOUR VEHICLE TO THE RESERVED PARKING LOT FOR VENDORS.
THE SHUTTLE WILL BRING YOU BACK TO THE PROPERTY. NO VENDOR CAN PARK IN HANDICAP PARKING.
 

  •  Vendor is responsible for whatever has not been sold being removed from the property. Under no circumstances is vendor permitted to leave unsold goods at the curb, or anywhere else on the property.

  • Vendor is responsible for cleaning up his/her space and leaving it as clean as it was upon arrival.

  • Vendor collects his/her own money and is responsible for all tax liabilities incurred. April’s Finds is not responsible for your income. Vendor will also be responsible for his/her own cash and change.

  • Vendor understands there is no smoking on the property whatsoever except for a designated location.  Please see April about this. Please do not leave your cigarette butts or any other trash on the property.

  • Vendor understands there is no public electricity. Vendors will not be permitted to run a generator or run electrical cords on the property.

  • IF YOU ARE A VENDOR, PLEASE NO KIDS UNDER 12 YEARS OLD ARE ALLOW TO BE WITH YOU FOR THE
    DAY. ITS FOR THE SAFETY OF THE EVENT.

  •  APRILS FINDS DOES HER ABSOLUTE BEST TO ADVERTISE FOR THIS EVENT. PLEASE AS A VENDOR USE
    SOCIAL MEDIA, A FLYER, WORD OF MOUTH TO GROW THE EVENT.

Payments: MUST BE PAID ONLINE
